“Live as if you were to die tomorrow, learn as if you were to live forever” –Gandhi

Welcome

Hi, I’m Regina. I’m on a mission to advance leadership excellence by partnering with organizations and leaders who care about cultivating incredible workplace cultures and communities which prioritize human flourishment and belonging for better results.  As a PCC & ACE Certified Executive Coach and seasoned Facilitator, I have partnered with leaders and run training sessions across a breadth of industries and companies including Disney, ESPN, Pfizer, Amazon, Google, Nike, and others.  We tackle topics like building high-performing teams, executive presence, having difficult conversations, giving meaningful feedback, promoting healthy conflict, influencing, strategic thinking, running effective meetings, finding purpose, advancing careers, and achieving work-life flow and wellness.

My passion for helping people and teams achieve their highest potential started as an Educator where I was honored 4x as Teacher of the Year in the Nation for teaching and learning excellence, and as a Soccer Coach where I made school history by being the first to win a championship title.  My affinity for building successful teams carried forwarded as Chief of People Operations at a tech startup where I architected a learning-obsessed culture.  As a Virtuoso Coach, I run group, mastermind, and practicums for other coaches seeking to advance their coaching prowess through ACE certification.

My personal mission is to inspire others to reach their greatest potential to live a purposeful and positive life through coaching and training.  I live a passion-driven life by learning vigorously, amassing diverse experiences, and helping others to become the best version of themselves.  My interest in being an explorer and explainer of life stemmed from a mentor who motivated me to lead with distinction, ask the right questions, and pushed me to do more than I thought was possible. I seek to create those same powerful transformations in others.

I am a hopeless wanderlust, who prefers to spend time pushing my intellectual and recreational limits through sports, reading, enjoying delicious food, and simply expecting magic in every encounter.

CATALYST FOR COACHING?

While I have always been obsessed with learning and inspiring others to have the same hunger for knowledge, what beckoned me to directly transition into coaching was my stint as a founding member of BluHopper, an ecommerce marketplace for Latin America.  I was surprised when I witnessed people working in silos, communicating with each other in cryptic ways and having self-serving goals at the expense of the company mission. My work involved creating a culture that elevated the “we” over the “I”. Having a big idea and a team comprised of All-Star players is not enough to succeed.  Instead it requires a culture based on endless learning, excellent teamwork, intrinsic motivation, humility, clear and courageous communication, and trust. I knew I wanted to continue this work at other companies and help to create successful cultures.
