Jeanelle Teves, General Manager at Bugaboo (Former Senior Director at Nike)

@Bugaboo: Regina created a tailored leadership program for our North America team of 25. This was the first time in two years, post-covid, that this group would be together in person, and I could not have asked for a more thoughtful and impactful investment. In the short time, Regina helped create bonds of trust and understanding of how this newly virtual team could better leverage each other’s natural strengths, and how to work best. We continue to reference the language and methods Regina modeled to us.

@Nike: I met Regina by chance during a pivotal moment in my career and investing in executive coaching is one of the best decisions I ever made. I had moved into a highly visible senior leadership position, in a critical market, and as a new working mom. The work that we did together helped me first and foremost work through my personal leadership brand, as well as help structure key meetings and offsite workshops with my new team. The value and output of our coaching sessions together was immeasurable. I truly felt like she was invested in my success and helped me gain strides and reach clarity, to show up the best I can be in work and in life. Thank you!
